Inside Sales Representatives’ at Wade Enterprises, Inc. are charged with providing a broad range of business development services, including interaction with customers and prospects via telephone marketing to identify, design, negotiate, and drive to closure new business.
Required skills include: Minimum of five years business development and / or sales or marketing experience; preference given to applicants with experience selling Information Technologies, Communication, Audio/ Visual, Software and/or selling Commercial HVAC / Mechanical development services.
Associates or Technical degree required, have established sales track record of developing qualified leads that consistently surpassed assigned sales quota a plus but office administration skills will be highly considered.
Excellent written and verbal communications and Telephone presentation skills, with the ability to articulate Wade Enterprises, Inc’s., corporate competitive advantage.
Must be experienced conversing with, and selling to, clients with varying levels of management and organization structures. Ability to convey client interests, needs, and concerns to internal staff and be successful at distilling technical features into compelling business benefits.
Proven leadership experience and have demonstrated abilities in negotiations, and partner relationship management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are great assets.
