Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager at Wade Enterprises, Inc. is charged with providing a broad range of business development services, including interaction with customers and prospects to identify, design, negotiate, and drive to closure new business. 

Required skills include: Minimum of five years business development and / or sales experience; preference given to applicants with experience selling Microsoft-related technologies and/or selling professional software development services. 

Bachelors’ degree required, have an established sales track record of developing qualified leads that consistently surpassed assigned sales quota.

Experience selling Technical Professional Services is required.

Excellent written and verbal communications and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate WEI corporate competitive advantage. Must be experienced conversing with, and selling to, clients with varying levels of management and organization structures.

Ability to convey client interests, needs, and concerns to internal staff and be successful at distilling technical features into compelling business benefits.  Proven leadership experience and have demonstrated abilities in negotiations, and partner relationship management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are great assets.
