Dr. Bivins hired ABOFA to perform a complete environmental and energy efficiency assessment of his home located and Lanham, Maryland after complaining of increasing utility cost and poor indoor air quality concerns in his home.  ABOFA performed a life cycle cost analysis of his heating and cooling system, lighting and appliances, evaluated all windows and doors and made energy efficiency recommendations.  ABOFA installed a state of the art purification system that best suited the layout of the Bivins residence and later in his office located in Oxon Hill , Maryland (2006-2007)
